What this service is

Madhuram Diaries is a companionship and listening service. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical advice. I am not a licensed clinician. I offer a thoughtful, attentive ear and honest conversation.

Booking and payment

Sessions are booked through Cal.com. Payment is processed securely through Cal.com at the time of booking. I take a small number of sessions each weekend (Saturday and Sunday, IST). Availability is shown in real-time on the booking page.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before your session.
Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.
If I cancel for any reason, you receive a full refund or a rescheduled session.

Boundaries

Sessions are platonic and respectful. No physical contact.
Online sessions take place over a secure video call.
In-person sessions (Chennai only) take place in public places.
No late hours, no alcohol, no private homes.
I can end a session if I feel uncomfortable.

Not for emergencies

This service is not equipped to handle emergencies or crisis situations. If you are in crisis, please contact local emergency services or a helpline in your area.
